High Mountain Oolong Tea

High Mountain Oolong Tea comes from over 1000 metres high mountains of Ali Shan in Taiwan and its taste and aroma are superior to lower mountains Oolong tea.

Oolong tea is a class of semi-fermented tea which they retain the nutrients and health benefits found in unfermented green tea. Without being too cooling and the green taste found in green tea, this oolong is more soothing for people with a sensitive stomach.

Appearance

Twisted leaves before brew.

Directions

Pour freshly boiled water over a tea bag or 1-2 teaspoons of loose tea in a
cup and infuse for 3` minutes.

*Recommended to pour away the first brew to 'wash' the tea.

Storage

Keep in cool dry place, away from strong light and odour. Refrigerate after opening.
